I’m usually someone who plans all of my own trips, but most of my travel has been domestic or to English-speaking countries. This was my first time visiting Central America (Costa Rica), and honestly, I wasn’t sure where to start or what I needed to book.

This was also my first time using a travel agent, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made. Mandy made the entire process so easy. She gave me several options to choose from, explained everything clearly, and was able to get perks and benefits that I probably wouldn’t have received if I had booked everything myself.

We ended up staying at Rio Perdido, and it was absolutely amazing. The resort was beautiful, the views were incredible, the excursions were so much fun, and the service was top-notch. Some of my favorite moments were waking up and seeing monkeys, exploring the jungle, relaxing by the pool with a drink, and enjoying great meals with my friend.

What I appreciated most was how stress-free everything was. From the airport transfers to the resort and activities, everything was arranged and ran smoothly. I never had to worry about the logistics and could just enjoy my vacation.

I had an incredible experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Mandy. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a trip and will definitely use her again in the future.

Mandy was great! She checked in with us regularly and adapted to our ever changing plans. We were provided numerous hotel options and offered advice on perks at each. She kept a close watch on pricing and got us a great deal. Closer to our trip we needed to change the name on the reservation as well as the number of people staying and Mandy made the process a breeze!

Mandy is amazing! I would be excited if she planned all my future trips! She helped me secure the best hotels with the best views, best accommodations, and the best perks, in the budget we wanted. She follows up before, during, and after your vacation! She had the best list of activities to choose from. She also gave us advice about travel insurance. We celebrated milestone birthdays and anniversaries in grand style in Bali and Singapore!
