Mandee was great! She made the whole process easy and painless! She went above and beyond to get for us and kept us informed! The week before our trip, there was a hurricane approaching Jamaica and she stayed in touch with us and the resort to ensure our safety and any concerns we taken care of. Our trip went off as planned!
