Mallory did a perfect job for our group from beginning to end. She made sure to understand the requirements of the group and suggest very appropriate hotel options. Even after our initial booking, she saw an option to upgrade our room for a lower price and proactively pursued that for us! And she made sure to get all of the amenities that she can get as a travel agent. Prior to our departure, she made sure that we had all of the information for our booking at our fingertips, and she followed up immediately to hear how the trip went. I will certainly use Mallory for all of my other travels!
