Very amazing we had a few issues with another hotel. She was able to find. Another one. Very quickly. Even tho the hotel we got was not experience we all expected None was her fault. She went by the website and looked like a 5 state great Hotel. Would never blame her for that She has been amazing the whole time. With findings hotels and things to do with our kids for the weekend. And local. We did. The urban air adventure park. She got out Tickets all booked made sure Everyone was correct hight made sure everyone would have a blast and we did. All I had to do with the hotel. Situations.( no fault of hers ). Was say help ( on the day we were to leave ) and she had found another right away and I felt like i was probably more annoying with questions but she was the absolute best travel person will most definitely use her again in the future for Outings or travel I could not thank her enough . She again was 100/10 amazing definitely would recommend

I called Makenna and within 20 minutes, she had us a room at a better rate than the hotel quoted. She followed up with a confirmation. Excellent service!!!
