This was a last-minute stop for me and Makena was responsive, listened to my needs (which were detailed!) and booked me at a great hotel so I could enjoy the short time I had in Lisbon. Her knowledge of the language helped as she was able to call hotel ahead of my arrival and ensure I was welcomed by the staff! Overall, a wonderful experience!
