Maggie Smith

Maggie is the absolute best. I had initially scheduled this trip for July 2025. Maggie was so helpful offering recommendations and steering me in the right direction on my first all inclusive. We chatted over the phone and selected Excellence Punta Cana. She got us set up with a beautiful suite, access to the Excellence Club and a few other upgrades including Transfers with seasons (worth it!).

Then tragedy struck.

Due to some slight damage on my passport, the airline wouldn't let me board to plane to the Dominican Republic! I was told I needed to secure a new passport, which would have meant losing a day or more of the trip and costing hundreds of dollars.

I called Maggie in a panic at 6am she calmly worked with the resort to explain the situation despite the Excellence's cancelation policy, she was able to convince them to adjust our trip to February 2026 with only a small increase in the booking fee. Maggie followed through and adjusted all our reservations and made an incredibly hectic and difficult morning into a birthday celebration to remember. She's clearly a super hero.

We stayed in touch throughout the trip to make sure everything was going as planned and I told her I'd be calling her soon to book my next trip!

Maggie helped us get a last minute reservation when we desperately needed it. She was very helpful and professional!! Highly recommended!
