I recently worked with Magdalena as my travel advisor, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the start, she helped book everything for my trip, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. One of the standout moments was when I encountered some issues with my room, where I changed rooms to give priority to a guest in a wheelchair. Magdalena was quick to make sure I got a room credit for the minor inconvenience, securing a $100 room credit for me, which was much appreciated. Magdalena's communication throughout the process was phenomenal. She was always available to answer questions and kept me updated with all necessary information. Additionally, she went above and beyond to ensure that our entire group stayed well hydrated with alcohol. If you want an stress-free travel experience with a highly dedicated advisor, Magdalena is the one to go to!

We were very pleased with her recommendation because we almost chose a hotel that was in a bad area, the one she recommended was nice and felt safe.

Mag was easy to work with and set us up with some great extras. $100 hotel credit which came in handy at the bar. Also received free breakfast every day which covered anything in the menu including the steak. 10/10 would book with her again in fact I plan to very soon.
