She was so informative and knowledgeable, and answered every question we could think of as we prepped for our trip. She made sure to keep us updated at every step. We really were able to enjoy our trip so much more knowing that the rides/travel and accommodations were being handled by Madison. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!

I can’t see myself booking another trip without Madison’s help again! The Andaz was her recommendation from the beginning, and I really couldn’t rave more about my trip there. From our initial discussions with Madison to our final flight home this trip was amazing. We had never traveled to Europe and were somewhat overwhelmed with all the details. Madison made this trip seamless. The itinerary details were very specific containing all the information we needed to stay informed. There were no surprises as we had all the information readily available. All our arrangements were clearly communicated and We received updates as they occurred with text messages of any changes in gates or transfer times. The hotels were all amazing, beautiful, with welcoming drinks and upgrades that were over the top! Thanks to Madison we had the trip of a lifetime and have already begun another trip. This experience with Madison far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to Madison taking care of all our future travel plans. We have already recommended Madison to 3 of our friends who are planning travel in the future.
