I will ALWAYS book through Madison going forward - she is an expert on all things travel and it takes so much pressure and stress off planning a trip - knowing that she is doing the research and booking for you is such a reassurance and relief! She will always make sure she is getting you top notch deals and takes so much time and effort finding you the best experiences possible and matching your preferences. We loved booking our trip with Madison! We told her our preferred area of the city and she was able to find us multiple hotel options at various price points, most of which came with perks that we wouldn't have received if we booked on our own — such as hotel credit, free breakfast, etc.. She had a quick response time and was able to communicate everything clearly over text — our preferred communication method! Can't wait to use her again for future travel :)
