We were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Maddie gave us some wonderful ideas and we decided to go with one of her suggestions; to go to Canandaigua in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. Her attention to detail made our trip an experience we will never forget. Maddie coordinated all of our reservations, including check in times, dinner reservations and spa services. One of the highlights of the weekend was dining at a Spanish Wine and Tapas restaurant that Maddie recommended. Because of her careful planning we were able to just relax and enjoy our stay. We look forward to using Maddie's expertise in all of our future travel plans!

Maddie is amazing, she is the only travel agent I use. She is so attentive and makes all of my requests happen. She also suggests the best hotels to stay out and does amazing research even for places she’s never traveled to personally.

We highly recommend Maddie Coticchia! Maddie is super detail oriented and very quick to follow up on everything. She is on top of every little detail and is pro-active and always timely! She also takes initiative to suggest ideas and tips for the trip. Couldn't ask for more from a travel agent!

She makes our travel so much easier. She does all the work and we have all the fun!! We had the whole schedule with flights and transfers and all details of each day's activities on an app which was so great and easy to access.

This hotel was our last night of a week-long vacation in Japan. Maddie was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She found accommodations that perfectly matched our needs and budget, making our trip smooth and stress-free. For this stay, we needed a comfortable one-night hotel that was easy to reach after a long day of travel from Kyoto and convenient for next-day travel to Haneda Airport. Blossom Hibiya met those needs perfectly, offering spectacular upper-floor views of Tokyo and easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, parks, and historic sites.
