Mackenzie is always great at finding a place that fits my needs. She’s great with response time and just all around really enjoyable to communicate with.

Another very smooth trip planned with Mackenzie. Everything was great and arrival and check in was quick and easy. She is always so quick to respond to any questions and concerns and helped us get an upgrade as well.

Working with Mackenzie is a 10/10 experience. From start to finish, she thinks of every detail that you would never even consider. She has a toddler, so she fully understands the needs of a traveling parent and all of the little things that make the trip easier. When we first started our booking experience, she did a ton of research on different properties to find what was right for my family, even went as far as to suggest specific rooms to book based on us having a 2 year old. She puts in SO much time to make sure she finds you the perfect places for what you are looking for. My husband and I can be extremely indecisive when it comes to planning travel and can take a while to make decisions, she was so understanding and was always there to help if we wanted to change plans or take some time to decide. Once we moved forward on accommodations, she did a fabulous job of booking transportation, making sure that the correct car seats were available, etc. Always reaching out to the hotel to help us get any upgrades available. No stone was left unturned. For all of the trips we have planned with her, she goes above and beyond in offering up hotels and destinations that are lesser known. We will always use Mackenzie for our travel going forward, she is such a delight!

Mackenzie was so helpful in planning this special hotel stay. She spent time to really understand what was important to me and she found several options so that I had flexibility with price and amenities. When the hotel made an honest mistake, Mackenzie handled it quickly and gracefully and it was sorted out before I could blink. Her values around sustainability and culture as a travel agent are inspiring and her knowledge is immense. I hope to use her services for a long time.
