Macie Hackney

Macie made our dinner reservations far ahead of time and confirmed again just prior to our trip. A cheese and dessert tray was delivered to our room within an hour of us settling in. Late eastern time Macie got a text that our table was ready and made sure we knew. She is always thorough!

Macie is always amazing! She checks and double checks reservations as the trip is coming up and within a few days of the trip to ensure a smooth arrival.

Excellent communication, was diligent about investigating options and helping us find the best choices of accommodations and experiences for us, and arranged all travel and transportation details. We will definitely ask her help with future travel.
