Our Story
Valdor was founded to bring the standards of a Swiss private office to the way people travel. The practice is small by design: a handful of clients across Europe, the Americas, and the Gulf, each given the time the work asks for. There is no destination niche; the craft travels with you, to any place in the world. Drivers waiting, hosts expecting you, plans already in motion, so you arrive to a journey, not a checklist. Maarten is always available. And when I say “always”, I mean it. No matter the time differences, he would make everything to ensure the guest receives benefits, promised discounts, change a reservation or upgrade your visit. He is able to solve any issue or make the correct modification to have an extraordinary experience while you are away from home.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Maarten communicates clearly and regularly, and it quickly became clear that his reputation enhances his ability to secure fantastic reservations at very popular and lovely places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated additional perks like room amenities and an upgraded balcony view.
I am absolutely looking forward to booking my next travel with Maarten. I also would unequivocally recommend his services to other travels looking forward a curated and high-end travel experience.

Maarten planned our Japan trip across Tokyo and Osaka and made the whole thing effortless.
