Lucy was fantastic - she listened to what we wanted and selected fantastic places to stay. She even left us a welcome message at the Zentis hotel. She puts all the information needed in a clear and approachable document. It was a fantastic, bespoke and memorable trip!

Lucy was fantastic in helping us arrange an itinerary and hotels for a two week trip to Japan, would highly recommend! Planning was becoming overwhelming by myself but Lucy was very helpful in suggesting areas to stay, places to visit and duration to spend in each city. Great to have that insight! She also provided a range of hotel recommendations in various price ranges and helped secure preferential rates. Will definitely use her services in the future!

The experience with Lucy has been really really excellent. Very good communication, fast and very clear. The proposals made were very varied and always adjusted to my instructions. Very good recommendations regarding restaurants in the area, things to see, visit, etc... Very professional, shows a lot of confident, and knows what she's talking about.
