I had an amazing experience working with Lucy Castaldo as my travel advisor. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, flawlessly managing special requests like airport wheelchair assistance.
Her expertise really shined when she recommended we stay overnight at a hotel rather than driving in the dark while exhausted. It was an excellent call. The hotel she selected in Portland was exceptionally comfortable, featured a great breakfast buffet, and put us right next to all the top attractions. She made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable!

She helped us plan a Caribbean vacation. She found the best room at the best price and helped us get an amazing free upgrade, free breakfast and a big daily resort credit to use however we wanted.
