I planned this trip pretty last minute, and to be honest, I changed my mind more times than I’d like to admit, dates, hotels, even the destination at one point. Through all of that, Lucas was incredibly patient and flexible, helping me adjust everything without ever making it feel stressful.
I wasn’t very confident about where to stay, especially because it was my first time in Puerto Rico, and I knew it could get quite expensive depending on the season. Even so, he managed to find something that fit within my budget, which I genuinely didn’t think would be possible at that time of year.
The hotel itself was on the more affordable side, but it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, super cozy, and felt comfortable in a way that made it easy to relax after long days out. It wasn’t about luxury; it was about getting the essentials right, and it did that really well.
What really stood out to me was the level of support. During my first 24 hours after arrival, Lucas and the Elo team were available via WhatsApp the entire time, ready to help with anything I needed. It made a big difference, especially arriving somewhere new on my own, knowing I had that kind of support right away.
I also booked activities through Elo’s local partners, and everything was handled smoothly. The instructors were great, very friendly, energetic, and always on time. It made the whole experience feel lighter and more enjoyable, especially since I was traveling solo and didn’t know anyone there.
This was part of a trial of the Elo membership program, and while I don’t travel enough right now to justify joining, it’s definitely something I would consider in the future. The level of service is genuinely different, and having that kind of support makes traveling feel much easier and more personalized.

The property itself was exactly what I needed. Instead of a traditional hotel, it felt like having my own fully equipped apartment in the city. After long workdays, having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a proper living space made such a difference. It’s perfect for longer stays, especially if you want comfort and a sense of routine instead of just a place to sleep. The self check-in process was seamless, and anytime I needed anything, the team was incredibly responsive online, quick, efficient, and easy to deal with.
What really elevated the experience, though, was working with Lucas. I didn’t know him before; a friend recommended his services, and I’m genuinely so glad she did. From the very beginning, he understood exactly what I needed and found something that fit perfectly within my budget without compromising on quality or location. You can tell he truly knows Chicago, not just as a destination, but as someone who has actually lived there. That made all the difference.

I’ve been coming to Las Vegas every year for the same conference and always staying at the same hotel, but somehow every visit still feels better than the last.
What stands out the most is the consistency. My room is always exactly how I like it, far from the elevator, on my preferred floor in my preferred tower, and already set up with my favorite snacks and drinks. It’s the kind of detail that makes a difference when you travel as often as I do.
I’m also not the best at figuring things out on my own; even something as simple as getting an Uber can be a hassle sometimes. Now I land, and there’s always a driver waiting for me at the airport with an SUV, which makes everything feel a lot easier from the moment I arrive.
On top of that, everything else is taken care of, too. My restaurant reservations are always handled, and I get tickets with great seats for shows in Vegas, so I can actually enjoy my weekends instead of trying to plan everything last-minute.
I know this isn’t something you can easily arrange on your own. Having Lucas and the Elo team behind the scenes really shows that everything is smooth, thoughtful, and just handled.
It turns what could be just another work trip into something I actually enjoy every time.
