Before working with Lucas, I used to plan my trips mostly through my credit card points program. While it worked, there was never any real human support, and everything felt very transactional.
Working with Lucas completely changed that. He took the time to understand how I like to travel and handled the planning in a much more personal and thoughtful way. Having someone accessible and human made the entire process easier and far less stressful.
When I arrived at the hotel, there were welcome amenities waiting from both the hotel and Elo Reserve, which was a really nice surprise. It immediately made the stay feel more special and well thought out.
Another big advantage is that I’m still able to earn points and benefits with the hotel brands I already frequent, while also getting added perks and personalized service.
Overall, the experience felt smoother, more intentional, and much more enjoyable than booking everything on my own. I’d absolutely work with Lucas and Elo Reserve again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a trip with added perks, real human support, and thoughtful planning.

I booked with Lucas again for a quick trip to LA, and it was just easy. He put together a simple, well-paced itinerary that actually made sense for the time I had. Nothing rushed, nothing overwhelming, just the right spots. It took the stress out of planning completely.
There was also a small welcome touch from Elo Reserve waiting in the room, which was really thoughtful and made the arrival feel warmer.
Communication was smooth throughout, and I felt supported without it being over the top. Just… natural. I’d happily plan my next trip with him again.
