Really excellent. Communication was very clear, answers always fast and accurate. Always taking care on details, from booking hotel till support after trip to get the invoices. Her recommendations were really nice and easily understood my needs. Be sure I will ask her to organize my next trip.

I loved it and would 100% recommend. Lulu was really helpful and offered us multiple options of accommodations until we finally chose Refugio 41, she also helped us by searching which were the most popular places to visit in the area, including the best cenotes.
Another thing I really liked is that she specifically chose the hotels that were the closest to el centro and also the bus station which made our life so much easier. I’m looking forward to having Lulu help me in all of my future trips

Comúnmente había utilizado apps y plataformas para realizar mis reservas de hoteles en los viajes que realizó, hasta esta ocasión que quise probar una opción diferente, ahora que se lo pedí a Lourdes me encontré con un servicio muy profesional, la tarifa fue mejor a la que había estado encontrando y con mejores beneficios, hasta el tiempo de check in fue más ágil y noté mejor atención. Definitivamente seguiré reservando por este medio de ahora en adelante.
