I have used Lorraine’s services for my past Asia trip last year and I’m glad she was able to help us again on our recent family trip earlier this month. Our travel advisor, Lorraine, is so helpful and patient with the many questions we had regarding our hotel, what to do around the surrounding areas. She booked all our hotels for Tokyo, Hakone and Yokohama. With hotel perks ❤️. Helped arranged shuttle services and what would be the easiest or budget friendly ways to get to our destinations.
