Lorraine went above and beyond coordinating with the hotel to provide a special honeymoon experience for us! She also monitored any price drops in the weeks leading up to our stay and was able to re-book us under a lower rate and transfer over all of our existing reservations and spa appointments.

Lorraine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. She listened carefully to our preferences and made sure everything was arranged exactly as we hoped. Her communication was always clear, timely, and professional, which made planning the trip so easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her assistance, our stay at the Four Seasons was perfect. We truly appreciate her thoughtful support and would gladly work with her again in the future.

Lorraine was my absolute favorite part of the cruise. She didn’t come with us but she made the whole experience feel flawless. Our family had some issues and hiccups but Lorraine was so responsive, so professional and so thoughtful through the whole process it minimized our issues. There was no downside to having Lorraine help with our cruise booking. Some of the perks: she suggested hotels for us in Seattle coming and going and we got a great rate and upgraded rooms. She has the ability to book transportation and suggested some fun things to do in our embarkation port of Seattle. Every time we had a change she never made us feel like a bother, she was accommodating, sweet, professional and my favorite thing is she is so responsive. She always got back to me, no excuses no delays. I felt really spoiled in a great way. If you want a great cruise experience, book your next cruise with Lorraine, she is the absolute best. It’s really rare these days to have someone make you feel valued, she really made us feel like we were a priority. It was an excellent experience with Lorraine and I’ll book with her again next time!! I hope you give her a try!

A Localʻs Guide to the Big Island
One of my favorite things about this island is seeing the stars from on top of Mauna Kea at night. It is so beautiful to see so many stars! This island also has an active volcano. One night we were on Mauna Kea enjoying the stars and in the distance we could see the smoke and glow from the eruption at Kilauea. It is an amazing place!

Japan in May
I love traveling to Japan in May! Now that I’m counting, of the 5 times I’ve gone to Japan, 3 times were in May. The weather was really nice in the 60s and 70s. I loved this temperature, it’s not too hot and not too cold. With that said, try to avoid the first week of May because it’s part of what’s called Golden Week in Japan and it’s a time when everyone in Japan is traveling as well so it will be more crowded and hotels will be booked and more expensive. And even flights into and out of Japan will be higher as well.

5 Days in Japan: Osaka & Day Tours to Kyoto and Kobe
If you only have five days to spend in Japan, I'd say just visit Osaka area. Kyoto and Kobe are all accessible from Osaka. And you'll get a taste of Japan that is more casual than the vibe you get in Tokyo. This is an itinerary I've done a few times with my friends and family. And when I go back to Japan again, I would definitely repeat.

Relaxing 2-Day Side Trip to Ise-Shima, Japan
I searched for locations in Japan that were not crowded with tourists. And Ise-Shima was one of the places off the beaten path. While there, we only heard Japanese spoken, hardly any English. And it was so peaceful there, it was such a great place to relax!
