Lorena was amazing to work with! Since the moment we contacted her, the attention to detail was noticeable. She maintained us informed of everything and was patient with all of our requests. The best surprise was that she got us an UPGRADE TO A SUITE and when we walked in there was a cake waiting for my son who was celebrating his graduation! Along with the cake was a personalized message for us. Lorenas' personalized booking experience was great and I would recommend her to anyone looking to travel. We will be booking more trips with Lorena!

Booking this trip with Lorena Rodriguez was the absolute best decision we could have ever made. She was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but she was also very easy to work with. Lorena offered us a variety of places we could spend our anniversary trip at before we decided on Las Ventanas. She knew exactly what we wanted and she delivered with her choice of Las Ventanas Al Paraiso. Lorena also went above and beyond making sure our experience at the resort exceeded our expectations. We will always book all of our future trips with Lorena.
