Lola was super helpful with booking the hotel and transportation that was needed for our family vacation. She was always very quick to reply with the things we needed!

She provided support throughout the booking process - her attention to detail is impeccable and things didn’t stop with the planning - She checked in with us to make sure that things were as expected when we arrived. She made this the most incredible experience for us. Couldn’t have done it without her! 5 stars all the way!

Lola was excellent and actually the booking done by her with intercontinental was the most memorable experience of my trip! Lola ensured all booking was done in good time and was very timely with her communication. Arrived earlier than check in time with my little daughter and she ensured we got a room ready for us on arrival. She was also super polite and very helpful. In general, the hotel was also very good. We got a nice plate of fruits and desserts on arrival. Staff in general were polite and very helpful. Will definitely be back in the near future!
