We opted for the added perks and were treated to an early check-in, £300 room upgrade, bottle of fizz, snacks, and optional late check-out. And, the price beat the market! She organised all the hotel bookings and transfers, communicated directly with the hotels on our behalf, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. The perks she arranged were incredible - room upgrades with welcome drinks, food and wine waiting for us in our rooms, complimentary spa treatments, an island excursion, and even nightly turndown service. We also enjoyed discounted food and beverages at the hotel, which made the experience even better. Lizzie got me exactly what i requested, nearby the center of Interlaken but not quite in the middle of buildings, good breakfast, tipical, good parking space and views. The place ticked all the boxes and more, i didn't expect it to be that good for the price she got us, but i was surprised when arrived. I even had the chance to have a beer in the restaurant as everything was closed except for the place inside the hotel.
