The travel advisor, Elizabeth Rider, did an amazing job communicating all of the details related to our stay at the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate. She went out of her way to give us excellent information about the incredible sites on the gorgeous grounds of the Biltmore Estate. Not only is she extremely capable, she is also very friendly.
