When we boarded the ship, we were surprised with a beautiful welcome fruit platter from Lisette, and she had also arranged for our staterooms to be decorated to celebrate our wedding anniversary and birthdays. Those thoughtful touches made us feel so special and added to an already unforgettable vacation.

Traveling with Lisette made all the difference. From the moment we arrived at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, it was clear everything had been thoughtfully arranged. Our room had a stunning view and was a spacious corner unit—a quiet, tucked-away feel that made it even more special. We were welcomed with a lovely gift, had a 4pm late checkout, and the hotel manager personally came out to greet us—something they don’t typically do. Thanks to Lisette, we truly felt like VIPs every step of the way.

Lisette came through big time—another killer recommendation. I was in town for my niece’s graduation, and hotel prices were off the charts. Somehow, she scored me four nights with two double beds for the same price most places were charging for a tiny room with just one bed. Even better, she beat other quotes for the same hotel by $30–$70 a night. That’s huge! Everything went smoothly, and I had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to plan my next trip with her—she’s seriously the best.
