Thanks to Lisa we were able to receive perks of: an anniversary gift of bubbly and chocolate cake and a note of congratulations from the hotel manager, complimentary breakfast each morning and a $100 credit towards a hotel meal - approx $300-$400 value! We were not able to receive a room upgrade or an early check-in but those were not “promised” so it was not surprising, especially since the hotel was at or near capacity. I would absolutely use Lisa/Fora again when traveling. The process was so simple and the perks were amazing!

Planning a trip with Lisa Van Brunt was a great experience. This was my first time working with a travel planner and I have to say I'm so glad I did. Lisa communicated clearly and often when presenting various activities and accommodations to consider for our trip to Iceland. Her suggested itinerary was thoughtfully planned and exceeded our expectations. The lodging Lisa found for us enhanced our experience of Iceland. We specifically enjoyed the early check-ins, late checkouts and free breakfast perks.

Lisa was great. She worked with the hotel to make sure all of our special requests were met and arranged for perks for us. I was able to travel without worrying about the details because she had it all under control. She's super responsive. We will definitely be using Lisa for our next trip!

Lisa did an amazing job planning our trip to St. Lucia! From advising on hotel choices, to booking transfers to the hotel and getting us an absolutely amazing room upgrade, her services were fantastic! She even had a beautiful floral arrangement delivered for my birthday- above and beyond. Lisa planned an amazing trip to Croatia for us in the past and also has us all set for Colombia in the spring so we are obviously big fans!
