This is my first time using a travel agent for my work, or personally frankly, and Lisa made it seamless and easy. It was cool every time I needed to find something. It was always in the same place and it all worked. I even had a moment where I wasn’t sure if my business card would be used to pay for the hotel or my incidentals card since when I’ve done this in the past on my own, it didn’t always work. In this experience, though it worked seamlessly. I will be using Lisa for all my travel going forward without question.

She's the best. We booked a standard room and she got us a suite for the same price. When we got there, we learned that we actually paid less than everybody else in our group — even those who booked through Expedia.
