I actually booked with Lisa in the same hotel for 2 nights. I decided to extend my stay for 2 more days and wanted to upgrade my room if possible. Lisa not only managed to get this sorted in no time whatsoever, I got a great deal on a room upgrade to the studio apartment with a balcony. I'm still in disbelief she found me a budget friendly hotel that had a sauna and hot tub on the roof as well as being so close to the center. Top class service and knowledge

Lisa is a LIFE SAVER!!! I decided to book a last minute trip to Amsterdam for New Years eve. As you can imagine there was absolutely nothing available, the only rooms in the center were extremely overpriced. I contacted Lisa 1 day before new years eve and she managed to get me accommodation in the heart of Dam square, cheaper than other accommodations which were miles away as well. This was perfect as I got into Amsterdam at 8pm, perfect location to leave the accommodation and be in the midst of the the best streets to experience the Amsterdam fireworks and New Year. Can not thank you enough

Lisa was so helpful when researching and arranging our Thailand holiday. She considered all of our requests and gave us helpful advice and options for areas to visit, ensuring we found something we would be happy with. Booking the holiday was made much simpler with her help.
