My Story
I’m Lisa Kennealy, founder of Blissful Leisure Guide and a travel advisor specializing in effortless, elevated travel, especially road-trips, quick trips (2–3 nights), and cruises for empty nesters and multi-generational families. I also love planning business, corporate, and specialty group travel. My goal is to create every itinerary with intention, thoughtfulness, and bliss.
With a background in education, event planning, and global travel experiences, I bring a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every itinerary. My goal is simple: to help you relax, reconnect, and truly enjoy the journey without the stress of planning it.
Travel Style
I believe travel should feel effortless, elevated, and a little bit magical. I’m all about slow mornings, beautiful views, a half-day tour, and experiences that don’t feel rushed or over-planned. Think balcony sunsets, spa days at sea, wandering charming towns, and leaving space for spontaneity. My style is relaxed luxury, where everything is thoughtfully planned and intentional, but never feels rigid.

Lisa is the best!! In the countdown to our wedding, I was getting decision fatigue, and the last thing I wanted to do was think about planning a honeymoon trip. I gave Lisa our budget and a few preferences (warm weather, driving distance, pool access, etc.) and she compiled a few options for us to choose from. This made it super easy for us to pick the one that fit our vibe the best and not have to worry about all of the little details. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our newlywed bliss! We would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to book their next trip!

Lisa and Blissful Leisure Guide was wonderful to work with. We booked multiple accommodation types from VRBO and hotels to rental cars with her for this extended family trip. She gave us multiple recommendations for tours and activities in the area and restaurants too. Though we didn’t do any tours this trip, the restaurant recommendation exceeded our expectations. Her communication before and follow up after was appreciated. I highly recommend her for your travel needs and already have her working on another vacation for my wife and I.
