Lisa did an excellent job of booking our 14 day NCL cruise, helping us select the hotels before and after the cruise, transportation options and providing us with an excellent private tour guide in London. She checked in with us to be sure we had our documents in order to travel abroad and when we had a question, she was quick with a response. We can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and expertise in guiding us on our latest journey!

Working with Lisa on my recent trip to Utah’s national parks was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. She clearly listened to what mattered to me—especially my love of hiking—and made sure the places I stayed and the general flow of the trip would support that. She also took care of researching park entry requirements and made sure I had the proper permits and tickets ahead of time, which saved me the stress of figuring that out on my own.
Lisa handled the hotel and car rental bookings, as well as looked into flight options and airport logistics, which made the whole process much easier. She also sent a link for local activities and offered to take care of those bookings, too—I appreciated having the flexibility to do that part myself while still feeling supported.
Her communication stood out the most. She was responsive, proactive, and checked in to make sure I had what I needed before and during the trip. It felt like she genuinely cared that I had a good experience.
I’ve already booked my next trip with her, which probably says more than anything else I could write.

Princess Down Under: Cruising Australia and New Zealand
This was my first Princess Cruise, which deepened my love of adventure and cruising. I love the concept of unpacking once while enjoying multiple days and multiple different ports throughout the duration of the trip. It’s the right pace to actively explore each port by day, and then return to the ship when you’re ready for some rest, dinner or relaxing with cocktails by the pool or at one of the many lounges onboard. I appreciated the art shows, ample entertainment options and also the quiet corners available to slip away to read a book when I needed some space. One amazing feature of this cruise was the huge outdoor movie screen. Princess had heavy blankets available to use during movie nights which were very much appreciated. There weren’t too many people taking advantage of the open chilly sky and movie, but I found it amazing – and they even had popcorn! On the last night, there was no movie and the upper deck was dark enough to see the stars of the Southern Hemisphere. Thankfully, the clouds parted enough to see the Southern Cross constellation (Crux), which was a bucket-list item for me and several other passengers.
