As mentioned above, Lisa stepped in and helped us get better rooms after the first rooms the hotel assigned did not meet our expectations. Her intervening made a big difference!

Lisa is great to work with. She listens, she's patient, and she understands our needs. We looked at many, many hotels on Crete, and we ended up going with one of the three she suggested, which was St. Nicolas Bay. Lisa completely nailed it!

Lisa made the entire booking experience so easy. Her communication was exceptional throughout and she was able to act as a liaison between ourselves and the hotel in the lead up to our visit. Lisa kept us informed and updated throughout the process and offered some wonderful suggestions to enhance our stay
