Lisa was able to get me a great rate on a last-minute Alaska cruise for a solo balcony cabin! The location was perfect for me, right by the rear elevators so that it was easy to get down to the main restaurants or to the observation lounge. She also set me up with wheelchair access at the port which make embarkation and disembarkation much easier. I will definitely book with Lisa again!

We were so pleased that Lisa recommended this hotel to us for our stay in Lisbon. We decided to change our Portugal plans last minute (decided to cancel our stay in Evora and spend more time in Lisbon). Lisa was able to work directly with the hotel to get our reservation updated so that we could arrive a day earlier (and we still got the perks on the additional night!).

I was impressed by Lisa's writing and knowledge of Solo cruising and the shore excursions in Mexico. As we started planning my cruise she was actually on a cruise with Norwegian and never missed a beat e-mailing back and forth in a timely way. She knew exactly what my desires were and amazed me with what she accomplished for me. Over and above, she had a bottle of Spumante and a "have fun" card waiting in my state room and mid cruise arranged for delivery of chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of Merlot. Am I some kind of VIP? I sure felt like it! I will continue using Lisa for all of my cruise travel in the future. Very exceptional service!!!
