I was impressed by Lisa's writing and knowledge of Solo cruising and the shore excursions in Mexico. As we started planning my cruise she was actually on a cruise with Norwegian and never missed a beat e-mailing back and forth in a timely way. She knew exactly what my desires were and amazed me with what she accomplished for me. Over and above, she had a bottle of Spumante and a "have fun" card waiting in my state room and mid cruise arranged for delivery of chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of Merlot. Am I some kind of VIP? I sure felt like it! I will continue using Lisa for all of my cruise travel in the future. Very exceptional service!!!

Lisa found me an amazing last-minute deal for a solo balcony cabin for this Panama Canal cruise. I didn't think I needed a balcony, but I spent a lot of time on my balcony every day -- especially the day we went through the Panama Canal (so interesting!). It's been a very long time since my last cruise, and a lot has changed with technology. Lisa was a huge help with guiding me through the new systems. I walk with a cane, so she made sure I filled out the mobility assistance form to get the help I needed. She also gave me pointers on how to pick the best shore excursions for me based on activity level. Lisa made the whole process very easy, and I'm already thinking about what cruise I want to book next with her!

I was going to book this hotel as part of the convention room 'discount' block. However, I wanted to stay an extra night and the standard hotel rates were really high. Lisa was quickly able to find me a great rate for the entire stay. I'm so glad I checked with her before spending more money booking directly with the hotel!
