Lisa was timely, professional, and provided great customer service throughout the entire process of planning my trip to Japan. She even helped while I was on the trip with any adjustments I wanted made to the itinerary. I'd give her six stars if I could!

I would highly recommend Lisa Emmerman to help with all your travel needs. Her itinerary suggestions were great and everything that was planned was well coordinated. Lisa was a joy to work with and always got back to us with any questions in a timely manner. Her planning experience is second to none.

Lisa was AMAZING! We told her we were looking for a clean, affordable hotel close to the airport with a shuttle and she absolutely delivered!! While the hotel itself was less than satisfying (mostly due to a safety issue on their shuttle bus), those issues were no fault of Lisa's and I will ABSOLUTELY book with her again!! Thank you!!!
