A bottle of wine with a personal card from our travel agent and the front desk recommending hikes and free bus pass added to the warmth of our stay. We got a better deal booking with Lisa than we could have gotten online. Lisa’s knowledge of the area and hotel was so helpful! We highly recommend this stress free vacation.
