Lisa was so great! I needed a hotel in London three days before booking, and she found me three really great hotels all with central location and amenities. It was so hard to chose! The hotel I ended up booking was amazing and I am so grateful she could help me unlock rates I couldn’t find on their website myself. Will be using her again!

Ms Carpenter was always there to answer any of our questions. She got us an upgrade and the room we really wanted. (We had stayed in that room every time we went back. We have been going to Aruba since our honeymoon Feb 6 1965. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times during our 60 years of marriage. Ms Carpenter made sure the Hotel was aware of our anniversary as well as my wife’s birthday

Lisa as always was amazing in making my trip very stress free. The reason why I went to New York's Capital region and Saratoga Springs was to watch the races at Saratoga Racetrack and a networking event. Lisa worked endlessly to ensure that I was getting the best price and although this was not the closest hotel to Saratoga closer locations were upwards of $400 to $500 a night. Lisa made this suggestion for me and it was perfect since it was cost effective but also easy to get to Saratoga and other locations along New York's Northway (Interstate 87) such as Lake George. Lisa also was able to find ways to get me even better rates than once before by getting me to sign up for rewards programs. Not only that but Lisa was very accommodating since I booked this trip only a week in advance. Lisa also provided me many amenities such as a water at check in as well as getting breakfast included in my stay which was very beneficial to the success of my trip. If I did not have Lisa to help me with this trip I would have been lost and paying $500. I highly recommend using Lisa's travel agent services.

Lisa was phenomenal when it came to booking my hotel for this trip. First she began to work with me on what my needs were as a traveler (such as price range, location and room accommodations that I needed). Next she presented me with what she thought were the best options. Lisa also presented me with many options to make my experience custom to what was best for me. Finally she went through ways that made my trip more cost effective which was great. Lisa made me feel at ease when planning this trip and I plan to use her services again in the future.

Although the hotel was not what we expected as travelers Lisa worked extremely hard to improve our experience. When using Lisa’s booking services we received perks such as a hotel credit and meals by joining the loyalty program. Lisa makes traveling seem like a leisure activity for me because she does all of the hard work behind the scenes while taking all of my needs into consideration. I plan to use Lisa again for my travel excursions.
