This was the easiest experience I have ever had while booking a trip. We talked about where I was going, what hotel I was interested in and within minutes I was booked at a lower rate, with a room upgrade, food and beverage credit, and free breakfast. Lisa was so easy to work with and I will definitely be using her again. I couldn't recommend her enough.
