Lindsay is the real deal. She took the time to send over hotel options with her actual personal opinions on each one, which made the decision so much easier. She also helped me find a great sunset boat cruise and made sure everything was taken care of before I even had to think about it. On top of that, she was super responsive and great at prioritizing - never felt like I was waiting or left to figure things out on my own. Booking through her was seamless start to finish. Lindsay was so so so helpful. I was really busy leading up to this trip and didn’t have much time to do the research myself but I didn’t need to worry because Lindsay had everything handled! She knew all the best spots and hand picked me some hotels that met my criteria. We ultimately chose the Winchester and it was fabulous. Can’t thank her enough and definitely will use again!!
