Linda listened to what we were looking for and showed us some good hotels right away. Once we've figured we wanted a bit more luxurious and needed to add some budget to our weekend, Linda came with another set of great hotels and we were ready to book. The communication was great and she responded very fast. Also, she gave us some great ideas to do when we were there. She also made sure that the hotel knew when we'd arrive and, if possible, they would ready the room for us earlier than official check in time. I would definitely work with her again if I need another weekend or vacation booked.

From the very beginning, communication with Lin was fast, clear, and effortless. Every question was answered promptly, and she made the whole process incredibly smooth. Her personal recommendation of Hue Riverside Villa was absolutely perfect — it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.

On top of this, Lin thoughtfully upgraded me to the “honeymoon suite,” which was such a delightful surprise and made my stay even more memorable. It showed not only her professionalism but also her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients.

Thanks to Lin, my time in Hue was truly special, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her again for future travels. She is absolutely wonderful and I feel very lucky to have been looked after by her.

Lin helped me plan a two week trip. When I came to her I wasn’t even sure where we wanted to go as a family of 6. After much discussion, she suggested Thailand! It could not have been more perfect. The planning part was made so enjoyable, she gave us many options and worked within our budget. We did a lot of moving (5 hotels, three different locations) and Lin coordinated and set up transportation or special requests at every place. Ours had more work involved too because we are a bigger family. The communication was amazing! She even went above and beyond and had a special box waiting for us at our first hotel. The box was filled with necessities we would need in Thailand, gifts for the kids and even a special birthday gift for a child celebrating while on our trip! So thoughtful and perfect way to start the trip! She coordinated with hotels a special anniversary display (which was a complete surprise to us!!) and again at two hotels for my daughters birthday! This trip was flawless, an amazing two weeks in Thailand that far exceeded my dreams. Thank you Lin, for helping create such beautiful memories with my family. I would highly recommend using Lin if you are looking to take a trip anywhere…she is so knowledgeable and has such great experience in so many countries! Your confidence, organization skills, travel experience with children, and kindness were just some of the reasons why working with you was amazing!
