Lilya is very responsive and always ready to help. This was a last minute reservation due to a power outage in a private house in the mountains where we had been staying. Lilya offered a few options, explained the difference in price and amenities, I knew I could rely on her experience and expertise as she helped me before. While I was running around packing and leaving, Lilya had everything arranged and I didn’t have to worry. I know I can trust her for my future reservations.

it was helpful to get a decent price… but when upset about hotel and bookings, it seemed like she didn’t really care. Just would’ve liked a nicer approach to the situations we were experiencing on our honeymoon.

I was able to travel to Amarillo TX, where one of my new favorite hotels in the Marriott collection exists. I had trouble trying to get the room I wanted, but Liliya was able to make a few calls for me and get it perfect for me. Liliya also set up a really great personal surprise of drinks and candies in the room when I arrived which was super cool! She also pointed out that I needed to check out the speakeasy in the basement of this hotel, and might have even helped me know how to get into the place, which was super fun for sure. If you need someone that understands what you’re looking for or what mages you feel special on your trips Liliya is and should be your go to.

The itinerary Liliya put together made this complex, multi-city adventure to Vietnam easy, even with my four year old. Staying on track was a breeze. I always knew where we needed to be and when. It was really nice to have a driver waiting for us when we arrived in an unfamiliar country with no local currency or knowledge of taxi rates. She also picked great hotels with excellent food, laundry service, and currency exchange.
