Liliya took her time to study my interests, my style of traveling, my preferences, and what I wanted to get out of my vacation. As a result I have received a perfect tour that fully matched my personality and my wishes. I am an active traveler that wants to be immersed in a culture of the place I am visiting and Liliya managed to create this experience for me. I also liked how available she was in tracking where we were and how supported I felt during our legs in between the cities and on the way home. Having a welcome letter in the hotel was a super sweet touch. On the way back my friend and I started talking about asking Liliya for another travel experience some time in the fall. Liliya is the best! This was my first time ever working with a travel agent from beginning to end. Liliya is knowledgeable, flexible, and great with communication. I especially loved when she sent us a list of hotels. She took the time to make a beautiful webpage with details about each hotel. This made it easy for us to pick our accommodations. I also appreciated Liliya's flexibility when I realized that my license was going to expire on the last day of the trip and we needed to change our car rental to have my husband as the driver. Liliya is also great at communicating our options and she responded to our messages in a timely manner. Over all, Liliya made this trip so easy for us. This trip was very important for my family and Liliya made it possible for us to focus on our family while she took care of all the planning. I highly recommend working with Liliya.
