My Story
You want travel to France to feel effortless. It should be beautiful, unhurried, and with that certain je ne sais quoi. You're not there to check things off the list (with maybe the one exception of the Eiffel Tower). You're looking for the kind of travel you'll still be talking about years later.
That's what Gallivant & Traipse is built to deliver. Whether you join one of our small-group journeys (just four or five women, boutique lodging, real local experiences) or you prefer to explore on your own terms with a fully personalized itinerary, you get the benefit of someone who has been deep in the rabbit hole of France travel research. And I genuinely love it there!

Travel Style
I named my travel business Gallivant & Traipse upon inspiration from the French word "flâneuse." There's really no direct translation into English for this word. "Une flâneuse" is a woman who strolls, who lingers, who isn't in a hurry. She stops to smell the flowers. She takes her time over coffee. The advance planning—the tickets, reservations, and logistics—happens behind the scenes so that your time in France feels open, spontaneous, and leisurely.
