It was a pleasure to work with Liane. I explained my needs and she listened and made sure I got the hotel that met my expectations. The hotel staff was very pleasant and the process was fast since Liane had taken care of my interests. She is very professional to deal with.

The arrangements that Liane Liu made for our golf club's trip to Camarillo were very well planned and organized. She had made really good preparations for our trip. The booking she made for our group of 16 at the hotel was very well done. She also had to accommodate various requests we had made and handled numerous changes for us. She made sure the meals were appropriate and that our stay at the hotel and trip activities went well.

I really enjoyed the trip and so did the other members of our group. I highly recommend her for group bookings. For our group we're looking forward to her advice and assistance on the next one!

Liane was super helpful in both identifying the hotel and securing rooms for our large group. She went above and beyond to make sure that the booking was timely and accurate for our women's golf group and that it accommodated all the unique needs for each of our golf club members!

Liane did a very good job of booking our travel on the Azamara cruise. She provided very useful information and paid attention to our requests and comments. She gave valuable advice regarding preparation for the cruise. She also helped us decide on what plans and activities we might want to do during our trip, both at the cruise ports and after.
