The advisor was put to the test with many calls and discussions about our situation. He exemplified patience, knowledge and reassurance at every step of our adventure. He heard how happy we had been with previous NCL cruises and so he worked with us and NCL to give us closure to a tough situation. Thank you Lew for guiding us and holding our hands when it was needed. Back to Norway or Panama?
