When we’re already at the destination, we should get out and experience it—whether that’s diving into vibrant coral reefs, exploring mountain trails, tasting local cuisine, or immersing ourselves in culture. But I also know the value of returning at the end of the day to a space that feels welcoming, restful, and well-chosen. That balance of adventure and relaxation is at the heart of every trip I design. Traveling isn’t just about seeing a new place—it’s about truly experiencing it. With a degree in Recreation Management and years of experience as an Outdoor Educator and scuba diving instructor, I bring a background rooted in adventure, exploration, and connection to the outdoors. I’ve lived, worked, and traveled in destinations as diverse as San Diego, Yellowstone, Cancun, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Cozumel, Florida, Montana, and even New York City. Each place taught me something different—whether it was how to find hidden gems beyond the tourist maps or the importance of having the right balance between full days of exploration and restful evenings in a comfortable stay.
