Leslie was unbelievable to work with. Everything from start to finish was flawless and she handled all the heavy lifting for us. We were traveling internationally with our 3 small children,, so we had our hands full. We had some service issues at the hotel and Leslie addressed them within mere moments and ensured our stay was rectified. Our family will not be traveling again without the assistance of Leslie.
