Experience: 20-plus years of management/training, coupled with development/support, hotel inspection skills, and knowledge of various brand standards, which include Marriot, Hilton, IHG, Choice Hotels, and Wyndham. I am very knowledgeable about food and beverage, Food Service laws, as well as staffing, training staff in all departments, P&L used for Sales support of product demonstrations. Also used for public speaking opportunities for Conglomerates for promotional exposure at tradeshows and user group conferences.
