Lawrence was very communicative throughout the booking process. At his recommendation, we booked a hotel in Tahiti for a few days prior to the cruise, including a very informative and enjoyable tour around the island. He also booked us a day room at a hotel on disembarkarion day since our flight was not until late that evening. He answered all the questions we had about the cruise excursions and we used the travel insurance he recommended.
