Lauryn was fantastic to work with! She continuously monitored our reservation and even rebooked it when the price dropped, saving us money without us having to do a thing.
She also worked directly with the hotel to arrange thoughtful surprises in our room, including champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and even a little frog because she knew how much I love frogs. It was such a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.
Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and genuine care made the entire planning process effortless. I can’t recommend Lauryn highly enough and will definitely book with her again!

Lauryn made planning our trip completely effortless from start to finish. She handled every detail with care and thoughtfulness, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. Her communication was excellent and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless.
