My Story
Southern by birth but happily adapted to California living. Let me show you how seamless travel can be with a high-touch, customized itinerary.
My Travel Style
I love a great, one-of-a-kind boutique hotel (see favs below) but I also appreciate the predictability of a well-established, brand-name property. I’m always planning my next meal, so be sure to hit me up for restaurant recommendations too. Nature travel grounds and expands me both at the same time.

Laurie is extremely pleasant to work with. She's very accommodating, going out of her way to find the best flight routings and hotels. I would work with Laurie again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a travel agent.

As a freelance photographer with a week-long assignment at Graceland, I was initially unsure where to stay in Memphis. I contacted Laurie seeking accommodation near Graceland, but she recommended the Hotel Hu downtown instead. The hotel was not only charming and clean, but also ideally located. Laurie managed to secure a room upgrade to a suite, which truly elevated my stay. I'm incredibly grateful for Laurie's assistance; she not only suggested a fantastic hotel, but the upgrade was the pièce de résistance! Most importantly, Laurie truly cares about the quality of your travel experience.

Laurie did an amazing job with my reservation at The Yestman. Due to her request, my room was upgraded to a beautiful suite with an awesome view of the city. I was also invited to a private wine tasting in the hotel’s private cellar, which was a highlight of my trip. Laurie also informed the staff that I had a gluten allergy, and I was offered warm GF pastries one morning at breakfast. I love Laurie’s attention to details!

Laurie did an amazing job finding lodging accommodations for me, when my group’s hotel was sold out. Laurie identified the Sofitel, and it was a perfect location. It was in close proximity to my group and it was less expensive, which I appreciated Laurie’s attention to my budget. Due to Laurie’s request, I was upgraded to a king bed and received a very comfortable room.

A dictionary definition of the word "superlative" is: "of the highest quality or degree". Pick your favorite positive superlative(s) and apply it/them to describing Laurie's execution of fulfilling our vision and desire for a custom private culinary/ bicycling tour of several select areas of Japan. Every aspect of the trip exceeded our expectations: guides, lodging, culinary adventures, cultural activities and in-country travel arrangements (from bicycles to taxis to limousines to ferries to bullet trains and airplanes) were spectacularly planned, coordinated and finally executed. She never compromises her high standard of providing the ultimate high level white glove service for her clients. Thank you, Laurie!
