There is always a learning curve in the travel business. Laurie was very open to coaching and more than willing to research questions that we asked when she didn't know the answer off the top of her head.

She works around the clock and responds so fast to any and all questions we had. She even made us a cute link that has all my details in one spot including my flight details. She answered my million redundant questions and helped me find the best spot for us, I’m incredibly indecisive (and it can be so frustrating I know!) but she was never upset when I kept changing my mind. She actually helped me weigh pro’s and con’s for every spot. She is the kindest person we’ve met and so incredibly helpful in making the entire trip seamless and stress free. Laurie, you deserve EVERY good thing ever! We WILL be using her again for travel and have told everyone about her! Quite literally the easiest process for such a daunting planning process all due to having the right person!
