Lauren is an avid traveler who has explored all seven continents and 61 countries (and has even lived abroad for six months!). Her love for travel has taken her to remote corners of the world, with her favorite destinations being the untouched wilderness of Antarctica, the stunning landscapes of Iceland and the serene beauty of New Zealand. When she’s not working, you’ll find Lauren planning her next adventure to discover new places, cultures and food, or sharing her travel stories and tips.

I'm a former hostel backpacker turned luxe adventurer who is always seeking the best local experiences, especially when it comes to food. I'm always looking for ways to maximize hotel/airline points, while finding budget-friendly ways to indulge when the occasion arises.
