Lauren was so wonderful, and as a very detail-oriented person, she went above and beyond to secure us additional perks, which really made the whole stay! She provided all the details, made sure there weren’t any additional requests since we were traveling with our baby, and she checked in to ensure everything was seamless! Will absolutely be booking with her again and again! She really cares and that genuine kindness goes a long way.

Lauren went above and beyond for me she planned my whole trip and was meticulous in ensuring my trip had everything I wanted. As an added bonus because I booked through Lauren the property upgraded my room to an ocean view suite ( a $1,000 value!) and provided complementary breakfast each day of my stay. Lauren goes above and beyond for her clients and is an absolute pleasure to work with and I am 100% using her services for any and all travel! Cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Lauren was a delight! Her thorough research based on our interests and preferences really elevated our travel experience. She began by booking our wonderful AmaWaterways river cruise and then built out a fantastic pre- and post-cruise adventure of all our desired destinations - including hotels and excursions. We especially appreciated her ability to attain amazing upgrades - which were almost always offered! Lauren’s pre-trip itinerary document was especially appreciated as it included all flights, transfers, hotels and excursions in an easy to reference app. Delighted to have Lauren as our FORA Travel Guru!
