Booking with Lauren for my wife's birthday was a great experience. I didn't know where or what, but Lauren listened to what I was looking for and provided great options to select from. She did the leg work to ensure I fully understood hotel options, places to visit, restaurant recommendations for the options she modeled. Once I selected the location, Lauren booked the trip and took care of the details as well. The itinerary that Lauren put together provided enough options for my wife to explore sites flexibly during her trip, and at her own pace which was fantastic. My wife really liked the flexibility that was built into the itinerary. I will be using Lauren again and I highly recommend her services.
